Use Agreement

All plants, seeds, cuttings, and nursery stock offered by Swamp Vines are sold strictly for lawful landscaping, ornamental gardening, conservation, botanical collection, greenhouse growing, and plant cultivation purposes only.

These products are not sold, advertised, or intended for human or animal consumption, ingestion, smoking, brewing, extraction, chemical processing, medicinal use, ceremonial use, intoxication, or preparation of any controlled substance. Swamp Vines does not sell consumable products, extracts, concentrates, powders, resins, preparations, or instructions for preparation, extraction, ingestion, or psychoactive use.

By purchasing from Swamp Vines, the buyer agrees to comply with all applicable federal laws, the laws of the State of Georgia, and all local city, county, municipal, zoning, agricultural, nursery, seed, plant health, invasive species, and shipping laws, ordinances, and regulations that apply where the buyer lives, where the order is shipped, and where the products are possessed, planted, grown, stored, or used.

The buyer is solely responsible for confirming that each plant, seed, cutting, or nursery item may be lawfully purchased, received, possessed, cultivated, transported, planted, imported, or shipped in their location. Swamp Vines makes no representation that any item is legal for every buyer, every use, or every destination.

Swamp Vines reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if we believe the product may be used unlawfully, unsafely, or outside its intended lawful horticultural, landscaping, ornamental, or botanical cultivation purpose.
